Dilli, who has over five years of experience at an international law firm specializing in international business transactions, estate and tax planning and immigration, currently handles all areas of business law and planning, including buying and selling agreements, purchase of assets for small businesses, incorporating businesses into their appropriate entity, general counsel services and handling commercial leases for Mainstreet small business owners. Soon to be affiliated with the Bhatta Law Firm is Mark Du, who has experience working in law firms in foreign countries, and more recently worked on law suits and litigation that involve collection of unpaid bills owed to small business owners and other breach of contract claims for small businesses. Mark also has experience as a law clerk in the New York City Civil Court. Mark earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Miami School Of Law.
