A FRIEND, A BROTHER AND HIS PERICOUS WORD

Most precious is that which has yet to be seen

A beauty so enticing that many men dream

So gentle and serene she's hard to define

Angelic and poetic she's been refined

Yet very few take notice of what they see

And look not within to see a soul so free

A certain perception of what she's about

Still they take not the time filled with doubt

Based upon society and what's often portrayed

They know not of the heart it's not on display

Subtle is her demeanor so full of life

Many are unaware of her toils and strife

She remains poised and confident knowing her place

You only need to look in her eyes to see such grace

Closed they may be yet she see perfectly clear

She taking a moment to reflect upon the past year

Realizing while open very few thought to look not

They were more concerned with what she's got

A silent prayer to God before she reopened again

Blessed is she for the one who wrote about his friend

"REFLECTIONS bring about a REVELATION"
