From my heart to yours I give thanks and praise

Grateful and humble for all the love gave

As time draws near we have much to be thankful for

I give thanks hoping to reach from shore to shore

Much has been given and shared by one and all

Knowing God has blessed us for answering His call

Life is uncertain yet we've not lost faith

For friends we've found through a loving grace

Despite the changes we all had to go through

Thankful are we for each day brought a new

None more gratifying than to look within and see

Accepting life knowing the purpose of why we are to be

Strength given as we nurture one another with love
