those who build upon this foundation have been like as a wise a man

they have been equipped with wisdom and knowledge made by God, Elohim, the great Shepherd.  

NOT BY MAN

God wants us to build upon the solid rock which is the truth foundation written in the word of God.

Jesus which is the son of God, The Holy Ghost which is the spirit Of God and Our Father Who is the Magistracy, Creator, The Omnipotent  Almighty God.

UNLIKE MAN which builds their life by debates of lies and political fornication, they  

could never hold a righteousness position on a truth foundation

This Rock is a foundation not known to the Carnal man

Man who live by the flesh and greed of this world could never build upon this foundation.
