There is power in prayer! Prayer is having a conversation with God. When we do with sincerity he hears and will answer according to his will and not ours. The length, volume or eloquence of our prayer is not the issue. God wants to hear from us and he wants us to talk to him and not at him. He wants to hear from us often! Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Prayer releases God’s power. Be careful for nothing: but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God (Philippians 4:6). There is power in prayer if you are sincere and believe. Prayer not only works for our needs but for the needs of others. God wants to use us, through our prayers to touch the lives of others. Is there someone that you should be praying for? In praying ask God to place in you, throughout the day, the best understanding of his will for you and then thank him for the grace to carry it out. Be sincere and ask for God’s will to be done through you today. You will find comfort in prayer and you will experience peace as he guides you throughout your day. There are so many that need our prayers so many that are lost in darkness. Use the power of prayer to unlock the willingness to do God’s will. Love Denise
Dear Lord, I just need to thank you. I thank you for your presence and guidance in my life. I thank you for hearing and answering of the many prayers that have gone up on my behalf. Thank you for saving me from my self-destructive past. I am so grateful you pulled me out of darkness and gave me a new beginning, for renewing me and giving me a life that has purpose and meaning. Thank you for redemption, deliverance and salvation. Lord I ask that you use me each and every day for your glory. I pray that you do for the so many that are out there lost in darkness that you did for me. Bless those less fortunate than myself, free them from their self-bondage. Let your will be done. Amen, Amen, Amen.
