SOUL REFINED

Time was never an enemy simply a need
Bound by others in a world of greed
The soul of one filled with much rage
With no other choice they disengage
Believing that such a thing does exist
Peace of mind is one thing they'd wish
Many lessons learned they seek a place
And reach beyond the world without a trace
Once reached they no longer belong
For they've found peace despite the wrong
No longer in fear they embrace each day
Living life to the fullest knowing it's here to stay
What seemed like an eternity has now arrived
Bless is the soul by that which dwells inside
Freedom in every sense of the word
Sincere is the voice that no longer goes unheard
That which is spoken speaks to the soul
Glory be to God as the free spirit unfolds
