The Healthy Woman: Inside and Out - You and The Family

As women we believe in taking care of the family without letting anyone know how we really feel inside. Our insides suffer for the satisfaction of healing the family and on one seem to recognize that we need that same healing too. The rest would do us good but because of the need to please others we keep going like an Eveready battery or an energize bunny. We just keep going and going and going. Somehow we fail to recognize that the energy is low and we have to replenish that which was taken away or else an imbalance of the mind, body, soul and spirit occurs. Our level of love for the family becomes an irritant emotion that no one understands. We began to project our inward emotions to the family. This may be done through criticism believing that no can do things or know things the way we do. We project our self-images to the family and the family may not understand what is really going on inside of you. This is when the love for the family becomes stagnant.

Ever notice that other family members take your lead? If you criticize, they are critical; if you withhold your love and not give, they are selfish. If you are negative, they become plagued with negativity. Let’s stop and think about what is happening, they are giving to you what you are reflecting about yourself.

To create that healthy woman from the inside out we need to educate ourselves on those emotional turmoil’s in our lives. I personally thought it was just a passing phase. That this too shall pass… Nothing goes away by itself and if something is not done you can lose sight of the family and yourself.
