Old places of conflict will require new resolution, but I will cause you to move through it with grace if you determine to forgive every offense old or new. This is not a time to become outraged or renew old grudges. You've heard it said that a soft answer turns away wrath, and that is indeed the truth. I am a God of mercy, and I show mercy to the merciful, says the Lord.

In the Spirit I saw people in the congregation suddenly stand up. But, when I looked with natural eyes they were still seated. So, I asked, "What's up, Lord?" And He said that people are going to start standing up for their faith and conviction and that we, His people, are moving in the direction of no compromise. Matthew 5:37 "But let your 'Yes' be 'Yes,' and your 'No,' 'No.' For whatever is more than these is from the evil one."

THE TRUMPET by Bill Burns -- July 19, 2010:
Rise up My people and receive that which I am doing in these days for I am coming to you as the Spirit of revelation. I will birth the wisdom of the kingdom within; the knowledge of the most high that will lead you and guide you and will take you to heavenly places that you have yet to enter into. So come with faith and let your hope be transformed; and let it become a true reality of that which I am doing within you. I will transport you into heavenly places and cause your vision to be clear. I will create a flow within you of the power of My Spirit that will manifest My kingdom. In the manifest presence of My kingdom you will find that people are healed, delivered, and set free. You will find a chosen generation who are ready to rise up through the power of My deliverance into the destiny that I have written for them. You are kings and priests of the Most High, so allow this flow of My spirit to carry you and bring you forth into the valley of vision where you have been given eyes to see and understand the times and seasons in which you find yourself. For it will be with perfect understanding that you will walk in My ways. You will fulfill My desires, and you will bring the glory of the kingdom to this earth in these days, says the Lord of Hosts.

There's just something about that name

But there's something about that name.

Jesus, the mere mention of His name can calm the storm, heal the broken hearted, and raise the dead. At the name of Jesus, I've seen sin-hardened men melted, derelicts transformed, the lights of hope put back into the eyes of a hopeless child...

At the name of Jesus, hatred and bitterness has turned to love,forgiveness and arguments cease.

I've heard a mother softly breathe His name at the bedside of a child delirious with fever, and I've watched that little body grow quiet and the fevered brow cool.

I've sat beside a dying saint, her body racked with pain, who in those final fleeting seconds summoned her last ounce of ebbing strength to whisper earth's sweetest name--Jesus, Jesus...

Emperors have tried to destroy it; philosophies have tried to stamp it out. Tyrants have tried to wash it from the face of the earth with the very blood of those who claimed it. Yet still it stands.

And there shall be that final day when every voice that has ever uttered a sound--every voice of Adam's race shall raise in one great mighty chorus to proclaim the name of Jesus--for in that day "every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord!!!"

Ah--so you see--it was not mere chance that caused the angel one night long ago to said to a virgin maiden, "His name shall be called Jesus." Jesus--Jesus--Jesus. You know, there is something about that name...
