We serve a mighty God. It was a cold blizzard day and I was on the phone with my daughter who told me that she was pregnant and immediately the phone line went dead. She was my youngest daughter in College, living with my parents. God transformed my life that weekend I walked away from sin, I was I was drinking and smoking my life away, I had no vision for life. I couldn’t redeem my life from drugs, alcohol or depression until my daughter called me that day. I went home to see about my daughter. It was an ice storm and the city was without electricity, no water. God had restored my Life while this city was at a standstill. I’ve been home for 8 years clean never used drugs again. It wasn’t only about my daughter but it was a transformation for my life and a Miraculous Blessings for my parents. A decision had been made to place Mom and Dad in the Nursing home. My mother said with tears in her eyes not to leave her. She said if I left could I please take her with me. and I had no idea God had a plan to use me to care for my parents. I have been a caregiver to my parents and a supporter to my children ever since that Cold Blizzard Day, I walked away and I have not looked back. What a mighty God we serve……
