There is a lot of work and responsibility that goes with owning a large piece of land. Everyone can see the weeds, tall grass, and wildflowers if it is not properly maintained or cared for. What’s ironic is that these never-ending menaces do not need our permission to breed, they just do. They automatically develop because this is its function.
Do you know your function? Do you know what you have been created and designed to accomplish in life? While there may be more than one answer…

In this journey called “life”, God has provided landmarks and signs to help us reach our destination. There are signs of right and wrong directions; we see dead-end and wrong turn symbols, detours, and yield and stops signs that tell us where we are, where we have been, and where we are going. Are we paying attention?
Suffering is inevitable, and as we continue our life on earth, we will encounter sadness or a loss of some kind. The tragedies and negative events we experience in life…

Just as the caterpillar is predestined to transform into a butterfly, so are we preordained to become the children of God (John 3:16).
Like the seasons, they come and go. Do you understand that just as winter, spring, summer, and fall all work together to bring about the major transformation of the earth, likewise, the seasons we experience are relevant to our life’s progress? Let’s look at the season we know as winter.

POSITION & PREPARE FOR YOUR MIRACLE(S)
The Lord wants to perform miracles in the lives of His people. Many people desire and have asked for miracles, but they really don’t believe that a miracle can happen for them. They don’t have the faith for a miracle or miracles. The Lord told me to do this teaching on miracles that would help His people grasp a hold of faith and to position and prepare themselves for the performance of…

I am amazed that after a good downpour, gardens have a natural ability to "
suck it up". . .that is the excess water that has fallen. After the downpour, a garden usually looks muddy and messy; a typical result from the effects of a storm.
Although the excess invasion of water appears to be harmful at first, it is actually helping the garden flourish. You see, the excess water seeps into inconspicuous crevices that often materialize when the soil has become hard and dry. Once…

A productive, healthy, and beautiful garden is the result of proper care on a continual basis. It is not merely enough to maintain a garden when you feel like it, for behind its outer beauty, much activity is occurring from within. While new flowers are springing forth and roots are re-establishing with each growth spur, there are constant intruders trying to infiltrate its space.
These invaders are part of the community and although they co-habit, they are very harmful to the…

During the last few months, the NAACP has made major inroads in bringing national attention to the Troy Davis case. But for Martina Correia, this has been an 18-year battle of trying to get her younger brother off death row for a crime she believes he didn't commit, and she's not the only one. Davis was convicted in 1991 of fatally shooting off-duty police officer Mark Allen MacPhail in Chatham County, Georgia. There was no physical evidence…

The praises from God’s people is something you can’t buy, or purchase with money.
Mo’ Praz’ don’t cost you nothing!!!
Are you one of God’s people? Do you offer a sacrifice of praise? Will you give Mo’ Praz’?

WOW!!! What an experience, after traveling for a few days with my Laptop, I came across a virus that wouldn’t allow me to open my emails and web pages. I worked on this for two days with my support team. We had no break through removing this virus off my system, I was then told I had to do a complete recovery and to save my pictures and documents. I replied “ We will work on this tomorrow”. I prayed about it and I just wouldn’t accept this…

More Than Conquerors
Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
(Romans 8:37)
This is God's Word to you. "We" means you. Your position of being "…more than a conqueror…" is right now. The fact that you are now more than a conqueror is reality. It is the truth. Faith is always now, and your faith makes you a conqueror right now! It is something you are guaranteed because of God's promise.
To be a conqueror is tremendous.…

The Garden of Your Soul
Our hearts are like gardens that can be nurtured or neglected.
If we leave our hopes untended-or if we contaminate them with the
Twin poisons of discouragement and doubt-
The gardens of our souls produce few fruits.
But, if we nurture our hopes through a firm faith in God
and a realistic faith in ourselves, we bring forth bountiful harvests that
Bless us, our families, and generations yet unborn.
If the garden of your…

Sis Sadiqua Pettaway is one of our prayer leaders and this is what she shared with us one morning. It has helped me through some, what I thought were serious issues, until I reread this teaching. I pray it helps you.
The attack against the natural things in my life has nothing to do with those natural things of my life. It has to do with using the attack to bring on spiritual discouragement that will cause me to get out of character, get out of step with God and stop praying and…
